Par-Gold was designed as a custom jewellery commerce platform where product data, categories, orders, users, and store configuration need to be managed through one structured system. The main challenge was creating an extensible commerce architecture rather than relying on a ready-made storefront.
The backend architecture was built with NestJS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL, with administration modules for products, categories, orders, users, gold-price data, banners, settings, and logs. A custom Next.js frontend with RTL support was developed to place the storefront and administration experience on an extensible technical foundation.
The result is the foundation of a custom jewellery commerce platform that brings core store data and administration workflows into one structured system. The architecture supports phased expansion of additional commerce capabilities, while features not verified in the current implementation are not presented as completed functionality.
